Second mention of Kugan’s case on Dec 3

I guess most of us knows about the kugan's case but for those who do not know here are some thrilling news for you..... Kugan, 22, was detained by police on Jan 15 this year on suspicion of being involved in car thefts but died several days later while being remanded at the police station.

The Sessions Court here set Dec 3 for second mention of the case of A. Kugan, who died while in police custody, to enable the prosecution to hand over all documents pertaining to the case.

Judge Aslam Zainuddin set the date after the defence, led by Raj Pal Singh, told the court on Thursday that his team had yet to receive several documents pertaining to the case.

The prosecution, led by Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohamad Abazafree Mohd Abbas, had no objection to the request.

On Oct 1, a constable from the Subang USJ Police Station, V. Navindran, 28, pleaded not guilty at the same court to two counts of causing grievous hurt to Kugan.

Will anyone say this is a natural death.......I don't think so after looking at the major scars and bleeds in his entire body....He was detained by the police suspicion in being involved in car thefts....none of this story nor pictures came out in papers..... Can this be considered as police's atrocity and brutality against innocent people.....im saying he is innocent because he had not even confirmed to be involved.....
